Vitabiotics Customer’s Q&A
Vitabiotics FAQs
About Vitabiotics.com Payment Method?
Vitabiotics.com offers a variety of payment methods. Customers can pay securely for their orders using major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro (UK Domestic). In addition to card payments, Vitabiotics also accepts online payment services like Apple Pay and Paypal. Importantly, Vitabiotics does not charge any service fees for using credit cards. For the security of customers, Vitabiotics does not store card details. Instead, a unique 'token' is saved that can only be used with the Vitabiotics website and must be verified by the payment provider. This ensures that personal and order details are safe.
Vitabiotics.com Return Policy?
At Vitabiotics, items can be returned if they are damaged, faulty, if an error has been made with the order, or if they are unwanted. Items need to be unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and in the original packaging. The return of opened items is only accepted if they are faulty.
For shipping, Vitabiotics offers free standard UK delivery on all products, which takes approximately 3-5 working days. An express UK delivery option is also available for an additional cost, which takes approximately 1-2 working days. For international deliveries, the approximate delivery time is 10-12 working days for International Signed (Royal Mail) and International Tracked and Signed (Royal Mail), and 7-10 working days for International Parcel (Courier). Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the country, and may be subject to delays arising from customs clearance or the local carrier. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches the destination country. Vitabiotics delivers most items internationally. In the rare instance that a parcel becomes lost in transit, Vitabiotics aims to issue a full refund or replacement within 28 working days based on the date of dispatch.
About Vitabiotics.com Prices and Cost?
Vitabiotics offers a variety of products at different prices. For instance, Wellman 50+ is priced at £9.55, Wellwoman 50+ at £9.55, Menopace Plus at £16.75, Feroglobin Capsules at £6.15, Immunace Extra Protection at £11.25, and Wellwoman Original at £8.55. They also offer a Subscribe & Save option where customers can save 20% on every order and get every 5th item free. This subscription can be cancelled anytime without any commitment. Additionally, they offer short expiry vitamins at a fraction of the cost, providing the same quality and benefits as regular ones. Customers have praised the service, delivery, packaging, product quality, and the pricing. They also appreciate the buy 2 get 1 free offer. However, the 3 for 2 offer applies to 'one-time' purchases only and does not apply with Subscribe & Save. The 5th free item promotion works in a way that for every item you have subscribed to and receive 4 times in a row, you are eligible for the 5th same item for free. This means you will get your 5th, 10th, 15th etc. for free as a little thank you from Vitabiotics. Changing or amending the dates for your subscription will not affect this but cancellations will. If you add or remove other product(s) from your subscription, you will still qualify for a 5th free item just as long as you receive your last subscriptions for that item 4 times in a row. If you keep the item(s) from the last 4 intervals, Vitabiotics will send you a 5th item free in the 5th sequence of your subscription.
